Meet The Team
O.J. Morrison (Managing Partner)
O. J. Morrison is Minister of Religion and entrepreneur who has taken the hobby of photography seriously. Though he has not studied photography formally or even fully defined his photographic voice, his early exposure to great images from National Geographic magazines and much practice on his family and friends would provide a solid foundation for his love for art in general and an art form that helps to define him. He has won several awards for photography for entries submitted to the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) Fine Arts Competition.
As Managing Partner of Frame Art Jamaica, a one-stop-destination for graphic design, regular and large format printing, custom framing and art for sale – he seeks to make a unique contribution to the art industry in Jamaica through great service and unique products. For O. J. Morrison, photography is a language that has helped him to ponder God’s awesomeness and which drawn him closer to the Greatest Artist – Jesus! Along with his service as a Justice of the Peace, Police Chaplin, Mentor, Leadership Coach and public speaker, he uses photography to bless people and make social commentary.
It’s his hobby of photography and love of art in general that motivated him to leap into the business of Frame Art Jamaica. Since his leadership of FAJ, he has not only expanded its services and products, but the business has flourished under his hands. He has a keen eye for excellence and an even keener eye for the arts. He believes that life is like a camera – just focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t turn out – take another shot! (Ziad K. Abdalnour)
